The Board reviews and updates the corporate governance policies on an annual basis and as required, ensuring that the Company’s policies remain in accordance with international best practices.
Artumas is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and complies with the Norwegian Code of Practice for Corporate Governance, unless explicitly explained or approved by the Oslo Stock Exchange. The Company furthermore complies with the Canadian Corporate Governance requirements and those set out under the Alberta Business Corporations Act (ABCA).
